Happy December Thundee Fam!

Well, it's officially parka during the warm up season... we will be sure to throw some extra burpees in to make sure we all get warm quickly (joking - maybe). We have a lot going on this month & it's just going to keep ramping up into the new year - so buckle up!

First of all some November Highlights:

We had an awesome turnout for Chad - honoring Veterans with 1000 step ups. We had no major injuries at the Turkey Bowl! We had a great group run the Turkey Burn 5k, and even had some of the Thundee Fam standing on the podium. And hopefully everyone has been building confidence and strength with the Jerk, Back Squat, and Deadlift so we can see some PR's in December.

WE ALSO ADDED A BUNCH OF NEW EQUIPMENT!

If you haven't seen it all yet we added 5 Echo Bikes, more 26, 35, and 53 pound kettle bells, a new men's barbell, a new women's barbell, more ab mats, and more loaner jump ropes. It's always an exciting day when a Rogue Shipment arrives.

Now on to December:

CHRISTMAS PARTY!! 

We hope to see you on the 9th at the gym for our Christmas Party. It's a great time to celebrate the year, and enjoy each other's company. Remember to sign up at the gym to let us know you are coming. No kids, but bring your +1!

PROGRAMMING:

We will finish the year off with a bang - testing our 1 rep max Deadlift, Jerk and Back Squat. We will have a couple of barbell complex days, holiday themed workouts to keep things festive, and of course partner Saturdays. When this cycle is complete we will be gearing up for the "All Gas" portion of our calendar where we really start revving our engines to prepare for the CrossFit Open.
